Took vehicle in for oil change 12/10/24, vehicle began dripping oil the next day. Got it in as soon as I could (6 days later) for an inspection where they said everything was good. I got back from vacation since 12/20 and my van has dumped most its oil and has no oil pressure at startup. I add oil and climb under it to find oil puking by the Oil filter seal. Brought it in today dealt with a short portly woman with a tattoo under her eye that told me that I’ve had this leak for years and they’ve told me about it at every oil change. This is odd since this was the first time I’ve had them work on my vehicles. I tried to explain that and she just said “I don’t care, the manager can deal with you” and walked off. No manager spoke to me, but the kid that checked me in came back and finished the check in and took my keys, telling me they would replace the leaky oil filter. An hour and 20 minutes later, it’s done. I go out and check and the oil filter is the same one (I scribed it prior to taking it in). I told the tech that and little round tattoo face tells out that they “changed the damn filter”. Photos taken immediately before and immediately after clearly show the same oil coated filter is there but tightened ~45° more. First image is before, second is after. Paperwork says oil filter was changed and Manager Alonso verified it all. So not only did it not get done, they lied on the paperwork and the manager backed it. Store and regional managers have been contacted as has corporate.

Went to do a high mileage oil change cuz I thought it was going to save $10 and what a nightmare. First off they put in 5W-30 into my sedan vehicle when everyone usually puts in 5W20 and when I asked them after the fact of wait a minute why did you put in 5W-30 they said to me you should have told us you wanted 5W-20. So they did not do their professional assessment to even ask me and confirm with me if I wanted 5W20 they just took it upon themselves to do whatever they wanted and they put in full synthetic when I have a preference for blended oil. Then when I called back after 11 days letting them know that my oil light was coming on that it was already showing an oil replacement was needed. Anyway I spoke to Jake the assistant manager he was terrible he was trying to do all he could to blame the last place that did my oil change and saying my oil plug was threaded and stripped and all that kind of stuff. Well I brought it to the other place and they showed me the oil pan plug and it looked perfect it was wonderful and clean. So save yourself a lot of headache and trouble and unprofessional service do not go to Walmart to get even a simple oil change to save some money which in the end I was only actually saving $3 I thought it was about 10 but it was actually only about $3. What an incredible headache it was to deal with them however if you deal with Danica the actual manager manager she will take care of you she understands and will take care of you. Jake is a jerk. There's not a lot of competency going on in general so I feel terrible for Danica that her team is not very bright. But Danica is a wonderful wonderful human being and will treat you as a human being Jake will play in your face and gaslight you like crazy. Was not a fun experience Jake made it awful. The way that I feel they're lucky there's at least one star to choose from because it would be definitely in the negative number because of Jake.

Purchased the battery less than a year ago. Took it in this morning because it wasn’t cranking, they tested it bad. Refuse to accept the #Warranty Because the barcode is missing but the serial number is complete along with the date of 1/24 sticker. Definitely won’t be buying a battery here again. Again, the battery isn’t even a year old.

Had an appointment at 8am. Place is very understaffed. The tech proceeded to remove the outer beauty ring from every one of my factory rims because she said they “don’t have the right equipment.” Never seen this done before. They originally told me 1 1/2 hours which turned into 3 hours. One of the 4 tires ordered came in the wrong size. So I only left with 3 new tires. Hanging around Walmart for 3 hours was painful enough. I will find the 4th tire elsewhere. Somewhere where they have the right equipment and to keep myself from going through this grueling process again.If you order tires from Walmart, do yourself a favor and have them installed elsewhere.

this is the second time I scheduled an appointment only to arrive and be told "my order hasn't arrived yet". the first time around I made a fuss and my tire magically appeared. this time I just left after the Walmart employee tried to laugh off the inconvenience and I won't be back and I recommend embassy tires up the street if you're reading this!
