On 09/08/2025 I took my truck in for a air leak I advised them to check my whole truck for leaks they charged me $1,178.78 and never fixed the problem. I highly recommend NOT stopping here for service due to unprofessional and potential scam service.

**DO NOT STOP HERE** GO ELSEWHERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND OR YOUR COMPANY OUT OF MONEY! They have drained my pockets with out any remorse as a mere human let alone completely bankrupted my business with their lack of knowledge or support to help my truck run right and make correct repairs the first time and never took responsibility for there actions because I’m just one person they took over $30,000 from me and also insurance money! They turned off the check engine light the SECOND TIME AFTER A WEEK OF RUNNING and let me leave just to breakdown with the same unresolved issue. THEY LIED!!!!Never returned ANY of my emails or calls from me or other shop that corrected issues that they created DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! DONT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS!!! They should suffer like every one else they’ve scammed

If I could leave zero stars, I would. We have dealt with this company so many times, and every time, the service gets worse. The employees at this company are rude and have no idea what customer service is. How they are still in business is beyond me except for those that are desperate to have there vehicles fixed with no other options. If there was another place that we could go to, we would. This is where they have you, not many options. I hope one day, their corporate office fixes the issues in this office. Hopefully to better it.

I walked and was right away greeted by a nice gentleman at the parts department. I was inquiring about air conditioning parts for my 2019 Freightliner Cascadia 126. After getting the needed quotes I then headed to the Service Department and here is where the back room rudeness began. There were 3 employees back there and none chose to even greet me (I felt immediately awkward) so I went to the left where a gentleman (employee) was behind the counter and just as I was beginning to speak to ask about the labor of??? I was rudely cut off with, IT'S "HER" TURN, referring to a lady employee on the opposite side. So I smiled and turned around and started asking about getting a Compressor and front cabinet blower installed. She asked me for what type of Freightliner (I replied a 2019 Freightliner Cascadia 126, do you need the last 6 digits of tbe VIN#) she replied "no" and quickly informed me that, for the quote it'll take a while as she has to type it up and send it to the back and wait for a response. I replied no problem as I'm parked and I'll be here all night, so please take your time. It was even a single minute and she started informing me that it's a 10 hour job??? Lol I stopped her there and said there's no need to go any further as I was just told and given an printed out quote by the TA in El Paso and the mechanic there assured me that he does these all the time as this is a common problem on the Cascadia"s and he could have ne out with the repair in 1 hour. That's a far cry from 10 hours??? Any how I ended up buying the Compressor and the Blower and my home mechanic at has quoted me $845.00 in labor cost which includes the dryer. Beautiful building and great Parts department service but the Service department could use a course in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wasn't going to originally write a review but when I returned 15 minutes later to actually buy the parts that I'd enquired about I unfortunately could see that the main manager made sure to avoid and eye contact or any contact at all. Something you'll just never understand and this is just one of them??? April 23rd 2025 4:40pm
