This dealership is seriously the best! I walked in after looking at a listing online and everyone greeted us with friendliness and honesty. The manager Luis is the best, a miracle worker! Bill is also very nice. The mechanics are super cool too! It was a quick and easy process and got my dream car! Definitely recommend these guys! They work with you to make sure everything works out! 10/10

I was sold a lemon. August 5th 2025 I bought a BMW x1 the next day and every day after I tried my best at getting Luis to have there mechanic fix it. Luis lied to me and disregard what I was saying was wrong with the BMW. Don't get me wrong the first day I walked on to that lot Luis was awesome but then he switched was not available to take my call I got to talk to his voice mail or colleague Will. Mike the owner showed his face the last time I attempted to get the dealership to take responsibility by telling me that my warranty is is voided and he recommends a mechanic shop by the name of Ramones Automotive and that was all that he had to say so to me he showed face just to tell me that my warranty is no longer good with them and take my car elsewhere.

My husband agreed to $1000 down. At sighing Luis stated he told the bank my husband can put down $1500 without consultation. We were sold a LEMON. Within a couple days of purchase, the vehicle stalled while on the freeway. Had to pay for the tow. Lights turned on: Tire, Check Engine, brakes at minimum thickness, oil at minimum and restraint/airbag malfunction. When we advised Luis, he stated they can "reset" the sensors and find a cheap tow company and he'll reach back out. Never got the call. While requesting a solution, Luis was hard to get ahold of. Mike handed the phone over to Luis when he was advised of issues. Luis advised my husband, he'll have to deal with the bank. The bank stated we should have never been sold the car and it needs to be resolved by the dealership. Luis was advised and made the suggestion to not pay the car and let the bank take the car. END RESULT: NO REFUND NO SOLUTION WHATSOEVER! ******DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. EVERYONES NEEDS A SAFE RELIABLE VEHICLE.

Every aspect of our experience buying from Unique Imports was terrible. We show up to our 10am appointment, and Bill, who we made the appointment with, is standing out front locked out of the building. He says he cannot get into the building because he's new and doesn't have a key, and the truck is also not onsite. Basically said we were SOL and he doesn't know how to get it to the dealership to test drive. He told us to go find something to do for an hour while he figures out what to do since we literally drove 2 hours to see it. We did not get any phone calls or updates while we were killing time around Tucson. I had to call multiple times to get any updates. We already made the drive so we were holding out to at least get to see the vehicle even if it meant waiting for them to get their ish together. Finally on one of my calls Luis answers the phone and seems very apologetic for our wasted time and seemed eager to make it up to us. I'll save all the details, but long story short, we got there at 10am for our scheduled appointment, and we ended up getting to test drive the vehicle at 4:30pm after Luis had to literally meet us at the offsite location when Bill failed to bring the truck back to the dealership because he "couldn't find it". Luis seemed very apologetic and willing to make things right, so we went ahead with the sale because we liked the truck and the price was good. He did agree to pay the cost to ship it to Phoenix because of our bad first encounter. Luis gave me hope but in the end I can conclude he's very frustrating to work with. He's unresponsive and talks over you when you do get him on the phone. If we communicated through text, he would take 6 hours to respond to the simplest question. When we were tired of waiting for a reply, we would call and he would pick up saying he is busy with other customers. We were never prioritized and this process took 7 full days to get the final paperwork done when it could have been done within a day if he just sat down and did everything with us over the phone rather than making it a background project. After we paid for the vehicle, he promised the truck would be shipped to Phoenix on Friday, then Saturday, then it turned into Monday. The Monday he was supposed to send the truck, he tells us that they lost the keys and had to wait for the night shift guard to come in the next evening to find them. After wasting a whole Saturday and taking a full working week to finalize the sale, they lost the keys to our truck. Luis continues to overpromise and underdeliver. Now the truck is going to be to us Tuesday, no...now not until Wednesday, okay now the driver can't deliver until late afternoon Thursday. When they confirmed that the night guard could not find the keys, he told us they would have a locksmith out to cut a new key. I expressed my frustration with this process, and told him we're expecting 2 keys to be with this truck when we got it. Luis fought me and said they would only give us one key. He said he can tell his controller how I feel, and I asked to speak to the controller Mike directly. I continued to express to Mike that we should have two keys when the truck is delivered, and Mike told me he would have Luis process my refund if I was unhappy, and hung up on me. We literally own the truck at this point and they cannot just refund it. That's not how that works. At that point I couldn't help but laugh over how these people do business. After they insist that the truck only had one key, when I visibly saw two in the truck when we did the test drive, all we want at this point is to have the truck that we have paid for and own to be sitting in my driveway. Mike and Luis both went on about how we are being impatient and are in such a rush, when we have been pleasant and patient while they twiddled their thumbs for over a week, lost our keys, and failed multiple times to get the truck delivered to us when promised. To top it all off, we finally got the truck unwashed with an empty tank. Horrible business.

Working with Mike was great! He looked for the best financing and got the deal done and I was on the road with my new Tucson in no time and the backup camera which was inoperable was fixed promptly and working perfect. I would highly recommend Unique for their laid back, no pressure, easy car buying experience.
