We ordered a custom screen door back in March, well here we are at the end of May. This was originally a 2 week order. The first time it took a month, we pick it up and it’s 4 inches off all the way around and also had a tear in the screen. My husband took back our original screen and the new one within minutes of bringing it home because we live one light up on Thornydale. When he came back to the store one of their representatives was extremely rude telling my husband it was his fault almost causing a physical altercation. They took the measurements again and sent it back. 3 weeks ago we went to pick it up but instead of leaving the store with it we brought the original screen with us. The screen was exactly the same as if they did nothing. I was there this time and asked for it to be rushed. We call today 3 weeks later and it is still not ready and they have no answers. Customer service to production has been horrible. At this point I just want my money back and I’ll go to home depot and get a generic one. Or you would think they would offer something in return for their poor services. So maybe by June we will have a screen that fits. Wouldn’t recommend nor will we return.

Ordered baseboards from this company on the 18th. Was told the baseboard would be in on either the 24th or the 25th and they would call me. Nobody ever called so I called them on the 28th. 10 days after the purchase they tell me that they can’t get the product now. My job has been on a stand still for 10 days waiting for something that was never coming. The best they could do is refund my money 10 days after they made the sale. I’m a small local contractor and this way of doing business is unacceptable.

I'm an electrical contractor who needed new windows on his home. After several quotes of 20 to 30k I decided to take on a window at a time here and there by myself. With knowledge from my contractor buddies I ended up at window depot. Tito was very friendly, and inviting, and knowledgeable. I appreciated him helping me and answering all of my questions without making me feel rushed or like I was annoying him. I bought my first window from here. It was very affordable and great quality. I installed it myself and it came out great. I'm very pleased with the look, quality and efficiency of my new window. I'm now confident I can take on this project myself. I will by all my windows here and my sliding door. Thank you Tito, window depot. Give that guy a raise😃.

This store is an excellent source for multiple building Supplies that someone might need. What I favor the most about this place is the prices for countertops they have a decent selection, good quality, great price.

Buying 3 large windows was a seamless experience. Spoke to Paul on the phone and got all questions answered courteously and professionally. Later, in the store Paul helped us with the purchase and he set up same day delivery. I highly recommend Window Depot for an all around excellent shopping experience. Inventory---Quality and Professionalism.
