I went in on Thursday at 4:30pm to get a quote on installing an Android Auto head unit and backup camera on my 2005 Chevy Colorado. Johnny helped me out with the quote and showed me a JVC unit (JVC has raised their quality a ton). He also showed me the backup camera and all the accessories that would be needed to do the install. The quote was very competitive and fair! He said he could get my truck in the next morning at 8am, said it would take most of the day. Johnny called me at 12:45pm and said it was completed! When I went to pick it up, Johnny sat in the truck with me and explained how the system/backup camera worked! The install looks seamless/flawless! Shout out to my installer FRANCISCO, excellent job sir! Much appreciated. I will be back for sure, maybe for window tint!

Super cool inside. Employees are also quite awesome and friendly, willing to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I had a very minor issue but it was taken care of in a snap. Highly recommended!

Really happy with the work that Johnny Diaz and the folks at The Specialists Automall location did for my 2004 Mazda RX-8. I came in the shop needing a new radio since my factory one is tied to the AC and hazard lights and when it went out, all three went out. Johnny was very thorough on what would be needed and confirmed all the things that were tricky about my particular car (something I had researched myself prior to going into the shop). He was upfront, honest and made me feel confident with the plan we came up with. So much so that I had him put in a backup camera and added front windshield tint to the job. Since my car needed a special kit to handle the integrated AC/hazard controls that had to be ordered in, Johnny told me that we'd have to wait on the part and that he'd call me as soon as it came in, and sure enough the day it came in he called me up and scheduled it very quickly. Everything was so well done and professional, it exceeded my expectations. When I went to pick up the car Johnny personally went over the job and the new radio to answer any questions I might have as well as help setup the new features. Long story short, anytime I need any audio/tint/car accessory work on my cars, this is where I'm going.

Never a bad experience at this place! Not only do they do their work really well, but they also treat you like a human being. Johnny and Leon are highly professional, lovely people. I was kind of “dripping on their brain” because I was running late during my last service, but they handled my issue with upmost grace and quality :)
