dudley19075 StarI cannot say enough AMAZING words about Jason and Stefan, part of the service team at this facility. Yesterday, I had a very last minute, significant issue with my car. Long story short, these two wonderful gentlemen teamed up to help get me back on the road. Their kindness, genuine care and astute knowledge were truly top-notch. They made my Tesla owning experience more than I could have ever imagined. Tremendous kudos to these wonderful guys!!

Justin Denman1 StarGreat products but buy your Tesla from a different dealership. The sales people will tell you whatever you need to hear to buy and if you need any customer service after the point of sale, you're not going to get it. They couldn't care less about you after the sale. If you call the store you will just go through endless prompts unless you select the option to buy a new car and then once you get through to someone, they still won't help you with anything. You'd think getting the direct contact info to the sales manager Alex would help, but it doesn't, as he will take days and weeks to respond and when he does, he's less than helpful.Wednesday 12th November 2025
Joe Sal1 StarGreat products but buy a tesla elses where. Customer service is horrible and you're not going to get it. They couldn't care less about you as a customer. If you call the store you will just go through endless prompts unless you select the option to buy a new car and then once you get through to someone, they still won't help you with anything. You cant even get to a manager to help. The app does nothing for communication either. Will be weeks to respond if at all. When you track someone down they are always less than helpful for any situation.Tuesday 25th November 2025
