Scheduled at 10:45 for windshield replacement and now at 2pm car hasnt been moved. No update no nothing. Had to drive to tucson from Phx for the schedule. Tesla customer service is trash. Sent messages no response. Dont come here unless you have all day to wait.

We have a 2020 M3 dual motor and have loved it since first bought new in Dec 2019. Only a couple of minor service calls/visits since then! We have consistently received excellent service at the Tucson Service facility on Oracle. Staff always efficient, courteous and considerate. It is out of warranty now and their service is still stellar and reasonable. We will be keeping this M3 for a few more years and are confident of the availability of excellent service from them!

Lots of missed promised dates on service completion and significant overruns on repair costs. My original estimate of $1500 went to $6000 with no calls and no replies to my requests for a call. Tesla doesn't stand behind quality issues once you are out of warranty. Tech said that motors can fail without warning if there is a motor cooling issue due with no advance warning to stop like in an ICE car does. Bad design. Beware.

Please help me to change the name to “Tesla center”,because there is no service here I booked for windshield replacement at 11:00am I check in my car before 10:30 On APP shows 2:00PM will finish Guess what! At 2:10my car still out side of building and nothing done yet They told me that they are not sure they can finish by end of the day

Charged me half a grand for a car window regulator and then told me I can't even get an uber credit because my car just got out of warranty, even though I'm paying for work. Called around to try and get the work done somewhere else and was told tesla tries to keep a monopoly on their parts, that it's difficult to get parts through them, and to just bite the bullet. Might just sell this car because of the constant poor service and Nickle and dime via their dealership. Didn't even diagnose my vehicle for all issues mentioned as the sun roof should of also been diagnosed. It's the worst service I've ever dealt with with any high end car I've ever had.
