Familiar with the mechanic $hop lived in neighborhood through the years can't remember the $ame name or owner but thought hey I dropped in get a quote with quotes in hand without hesitation $hop told me I'll charge More not even letting me explain we have four vehicle$ could had made money from but according to my clothing I had nothing and $orry to Waste your time try to pay local $hop$ but guess commercial $hops are the way to go they like money I drove off in disbelief and reading previous reviews $imilar i$$ue$ out there with thi$ current $hop and it was noon on a weekday that I $topped by $o much for customer $ervice. & If you want $ervice dress accordingly I try to not give a $tar which is review made me otherwi$e ZERO $tar$ for you Lol

Bill was excellent. I called first thing 8:30am after a 3 day weekend and he got me right in. He didn't promise to put in a new alternator in one day because they were busy, but he delivered all the same and this mom was still able to pick up her kids after school. He was also able to take off some labor costs because it took less time than he expected. Bill and Ken are a great team! My car is running again and I will absolutely be a returning customer.

My daughter's a student at UofA and was stranded with a repair issue she had to get it fixed to get back home to Phoenix. With me out of town my direct involvement was limited. Bill identified the fix and cost and communicated it to us honestly. He then completed the repairs quickly as quoted. It's nice to have a mechanic in town I feel I can trust to take care of my Wildcat. Highly recommending him.

I am fairly new to town and looking for a reliable auto repair shop. Scroeder's is not one. I called last week to see when they could take a look at my sedan...they told me Monday morning. I even called back a few minutes later to confirm I had an appointment; they said I did. When I got there Monday, I was told no one could even look at my car until Wednesday or Thursday because the only guy that could do it was out of town. I could have made an appointment somewhere else or rented a car if I'd known in advance.
