Had technician come to repair windshield, decided to replace. Tech said someone would call to schedule an appointment for drop off. Never heard from anyone until I received a text, two weeks later, with an appointment. Dropped the car off at 7:45 this morning and waited 15 min for someone to help me, no one was at the desk. I was told it would be done by closing, 5p. Went at 4:45 to pick up and the car had never been touched and I received no calls saying it would be delayed. When I approached to ask why, I was told they have until 5 to start and it’d be another hour. I live 30 minutes away and had told them that when I dropped off. Zero empathy by the staff. This place really needs to work on communication and customer service. I left with no new windshield and am starting all over in trying to get it replaced. Do better Safelite!

Got my glass replaced in Jan. Online Safelite said it was gonna take up to 90 min. I waited there for 3 and a half hours. I figure eh whatever I'll deal with it. Now it's April and my windshield cracked overnight. Now I chose Safelite just for their "lifetime warranty". Well that doesn't even matter because they don't honor it. They say it was from an impact. What could have impacted my car while it was parked overnight under covered parking? These people are liars. Do not go there. They will not honor their word or their warranties, and the service is slow. If you want to waste almost 400 dollars, I'm sure you can find something more enjoyable and convenient to do.

Apparently, this location lets your insurance make your appointment if they are not ready to work on your vehicle had to wait an hour to be told they couldn't do the work at the time the appointment was scheduled. Would recommend calling before your appointment to make sure they can actually work on it .

Appointment was easy to make and staff was friendly. However, they cannot figure out how to keep these side pieces attached to my car. Both sides came off after my windshield was replaced so I stopped in one day and asked that they fix them. They were accommodating and worked on it right away, but here I am again with the one side detached. I don’t live near the shop and am not often in that area so it’s not convenient to keep returning to have the same issue fixed.

Never got an email to leave a review for the technician, but I want to thank both him and especially Nathan for spending the extra minute to add just a little more resin to smooth out the chip I recently had repaired. Thanks again for the extra attention, and things have been good with it since. Ladies at the desk are very polite too. Also, complimentary snacks 👍
