I can’t say enough good things about Rick’s! I’m very particular about my car’s paint. I always hand wash, and do my own paint correction and ceramic coating to keep it looking new. When my car was damaged in a parking lot, I hoped to find a place that would match the paint well on the first try. Rick’s had great reviews, including from high-end car owners. Right from the start, Cassandra and Rick were great to work with and made me confident the outcome would be good. The estimate was prepared quickly. After scheduling and dropping off, they kept me updated on the progress. The repairs were completed in a reasonable amount of time as estimated. The rental car I had from insurance was thru Enterprise. I was able to leave the loaner at the shop and drive off with my own car since Rick’s is contracted with Enterprise. Very convenient. The end result was a perfect match of the paint, which is not always a given with a plastic panel adjacent to a metal one. Panel gaps were perfect as well. Just like new again! Thanks to Cassandra, Rick, and the team in the shop for making the process simple and returning such great results for a picky car guy!

I had a wonderful experience at Rick’s collision. The communication was great. The staff were super friendly. They were also willing to accommodate my difficult schedule for drop off and pick up. They coordinated a rental car for me. The work they did on my car was super detailed, and they made it look like it was brand new. I would definitely come here again because they went above and beyond.

Rick, Cassandra, and the entire team were fantastic. They took the time to thoroughly inspect all the scratches and dents on my truck, and even suggested a few custom touches—like changing the color of the hood logo—to make it really stand out. The paint match was spot-on, which isn’t easy with this particular finish, and the final result looks completely factory. Throughout the process, they kept me updated, arranged rides for me both ways, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was still perfect. This is a small, family-owned shop, and it shows in their service—they genuinely care. Rick, the owner, has a true passion for cars, and it comes through in the quality of work. If you want your vehicle repaired with care, attention to detail, and a personal touch, this is the place. Not some run-of-the-mill chain—just honest, skilled people who do it right.

Ricks Collision is the best body shop I have ever been to!! They took my 13 year old care and made it look like new, not only did they fix all the broken items perfectly, Rick and Cassandra's team completely detailed the car inside and out, I am totally overwhelmed with their superior service.Cassandra and Rick were easy to work with and ensured that the job was not only on budget but came in below what was quoted. If you need collision work you will not be disappointed with Ricks!! I would never think of using anyone else if i need body work in the future. They are Awesome!!

While I was out shopping some miscreant in the parking lot smashed their car door against mine creating an ugly dent. I take pride in how I maintain my vehicle so this was a great disappointment, to say the least. After obtaining estimates from four different collision shops I settled on Rick's Collision and Refinishing. Aside from the fact that they get glowing reviews from customers, I was also impressed with Rick and his wife Cassandra. They are both very personable, and take special interest in you and repairing your automobile. They made me feel as if I were their new best friend. The work they did on my car is beautiful. You would never be able to spot that ugly dent. The newly painted area was so artfully matched and blended with the original color that it looks just perfect. And, to my delighted surprise, they even had my car detailed inside and out. When I arrived to pick up my car it looked as if it were "showroom" ready. I can't express enough my appreciation for the care and expertise shown to me by Rick and Cassandra. They are true professionals that set a very high bar in their industry. I am a very happy customer, and you will be too if you take your car to Rick's Collision for repairs. Thank you to Cassandra and Rick.
