These guys were very fast and extremely professional. They drove almost 30 miles to where I needed them within 45 minutes of picking up my call. The process was not only quick and efficient, but the vendors also took additional time to explain protection measures as well as any potential future upgrades and how to avoid scams. I cannot recommend them enough, and if my Cane Corso jumps through another window, I will be sure to request their service again.

Pyramid Glass and Windows came out within a few hours after calling them. Their service was pretty good. They told me that it most likely would take up to two weeks to get new glass for my sliding glass door. In less than a week, the glass came in and was installed. They did a fantastic job cleaning up after the installation. Unfortunately, the glass was installed upside down, one area of the vinyl siding isn’t attached, a gel substance is leaking from the edge in one area, and in another area the vinyl has a slice in it.

Great experience! I called and recieved a quote to replace a broken window on Tuesday. I shopped around first and found their pricing reasonable. I called yesterday afternoon and was pleased to get an appointment first thing this morning. Paul, the installer, called to let me know when he was on the way. He was friendly, prompt and professional. He had the window replaced within half an hour!

Fantastic service! I had my new window pane installed within 4 hours of calling! Gene came out in under 30mins to measure and then was back in a couple of hours to install. Highly recommended.

I was glad that I called Pyramid Glass. The approximate quote I was given over the phone turned out to be almost exactly the final price (and lower than two other quotes I had from different companies), and Pyramid Glass did the work (replacing glass on 3 windows) much faster than other companies had projected. Highly recommended.
