The service staff is personable and professional. I never give five stars if those two aren’t present. They gave a realistic estimate of waiting time. This service shop does something very helpful that I’ve never seen before. Where others might give you a photo of what they say needs repair, they take a video from under the car (they probably use other viewpoints but this is where my concerns were). The technician taking the video also gives his assessment verbally while taking the video. This is an incredibly helpful technique that makes their assessment and related recommendations very clear, even to those of us who don’t know much about auto mechanics! They recommend service but are realistic about what absolutely should be taken care of and what can wait. And, of course, they give you a written estimate before any work is performed. The waiting area is large and comfortable. It has amenities like coffee and soft drinks (gratis). And a quiet area with massage chairs. It’s not the Ritz but pretty impressive for an auto service waiting area. And a special thank you to Henry, who was my service advisor.

Precision collision was awesome! They were patient with my horrible insurance company State Farm who totally did not represent me at all. I was hit by a non insured motorist. Precision was right there every step of the way. My car was brand new and I thought it wouldn’t be the same. I got it back in perfect condition . I was so lucky to have gone with Precision Collision.

Please be careful! Management will not help you out but put the blame on you! I took my runner for service and repair my tire but was told it wasn’t repairable so I bought a new tire. When I came home I noticed the tire was used so called to talk to manger also sent the picture. Was told it was brand new but the picture tells the truth! I decided to get my old tire back and not pay for a new tire but a used one ! To my surprise no apologies came from the manager Nicholas but was told not to come back! Left with my old tire? When I came home the rim I had on my runner was not the one I left with! Nicholas was not going to return my rim but said that the one on it was mine! The first photo shows what my rim looked like compared to the last photo where the rim is damaged! Now I’m stuck with a damaged rim and all the stress that came along with this situation!

Very disappointed with precision after bringing in our 2022 Camry, which we purchased at precision, for diagnosis on our AC system. Received first update after calling in late in the afternoon( aftet i called to check In at 3PM) when our scheduled appt was 8AM. I was told we had pack rat damage totaling 1000 to repair. Extensive "firewall damage" and wire harness damage to our O2 sensor and compressor wires. Was told the compressor needed to be removed to repair. Advised to turn into our insurance. I declined repair and paid the 129 diagnosis charge. Over the weekend, i took the splash shield off ( several fasteners were missing as it had recently been removed by precision for inspection)and immediately found the chewed wires which was claimed they couldn't get a picture of. Spent maybe an hour repairing( 4 hour estimate by PT. ) . No compressor removal. Easy access. Poor customer service for someone that has purchased multiple vehicles there and even some concern regarding the suggestion for insurance coverage on a two wire repair. Unlikely i will return.
