I went into this location to warranty a door handle. I was the only individual in the store. The store manager and two of his employees were standing at the counter. As I approached them the female standing with them says I'm not doing it this is all you. The manager and the gentleman standing with him proceed to ignore me walk to the back and discuss clothing they are going to purchase from each other. I asked another employee stalking if somebody can help me. Lo and behold the person who came to help was the manager standing there with no apology or explanation for his unprofessional behavior. The hole interaction felt like I was being taken care of by teenagers in high school. The manager's name was Christian. If you're looking for somebody who's going to take good care of you and treat you like a customer with a half decent respect level go to another store. Christian as absolutely no business being a store manager. My experience with the crew working that day was lower than any other experience I've ever had how unprofessional.

Always a pleasant experience. Their store brand items are usually lower than other brands, especially the motor oil. They have a great selection of after market products and usually have the items your looking for in stock. Employees are very nice also .

Had to buy a battery. The gentleman who waited on me was friendly and helpful. I explained that I had very little money and having to buy the battery was unexpected. He understood and didn't try to upsell me, and I'm grateful for that. He installed it in a matter of minutes and I was on my way. The store was clean and not cluttered. I don't know about restrooms, but there is handicapped parking and room inside for wheelchairs. Highly recommend.

Went in to get an oil filter. An older manager with short hair helped me. Asked him what filter he would recommend, didn’t clarify anything and just told me the cheapest option. Got that and when I went home to do my oil change and he gave me the wrong size. Would not recommend getting helped by this manager

I cannot say enough good things about Christian the manager. He knows his parts, he knows customer service and guys like him are the reason I keep coming back to O Reilly’s. Give that man a raise!
