i went there to get oil and a filter, and the guy who helped me, Joe, talked down to me and the person i was with like we were absolute idiots, implied that i don’t know how to count change multiple times, acted like the person that i was with would have zero idea what he was doing. it was just a bad experience overall, and to be honest i don’t plan on going back anytime soon.

I bought a battery at Costco. I didn’t know they did not install batteries. They advised me to go to O’Reilly’s for installation. Two young men assisted in getting the battery in and then my car still didn’t work and it needed to be towed the next day. They took the time to try to figure out what was wrong with it and they were so polite and considerate in my unfortunate situation.

They will give you the wrong part 90% of the time. Then they will want to fist fight in the store over whether it's wrong or not. They are proud that they are not mechanics and could care less if it's the right part. Store manager told me to call the regional manager and complain because that's his boyfriend. The manager states he can never be fired or reprimanded because his superior is his boyfriend.
