I keep forgetting to put my review and star point for this location. Couple of months ago, I went to another O'reilly and had a guy help me with a purchase. Well, turns out he gave me a wrong part. So he had to go back and exchange it for the correct part. I won't put in too many details for the face of saving the company from good people just trying to help individuals, but I needed more assistance. I drove around Tucson, trying to find one person who understood what was the issue and how to possibly help me with an issue. I eventually went to Auto Zone on 1st and bought what i needed, but since none of the guys there were willing to help me (and YT was confusing), and i was extremely short on time, I asked a random customer if he was familiar with the item. Thank GOD, he was, and he helped me with what i needed. Well, something else came up, couple of weeks later, and i needed to buy something else. Even though I was afraid of going to this specific location because of the reviews, I attempted it, just out of convenience. I came here and this guy named Art would try his best to help, but it was clear he didn't know much about cars, especially mine specifically. One day, I somehow got blessed when the district manager Anthony, was working in the store, and I swung by and I was asking him questions about the car. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about cars, SPECIFICALLY Toyota's. Every since then, he has literally been my to-go guy whenever I had an issue with my car or needed a small maintenance on it. I go there for any minor or major issues so much that it's become a bad habit. 😅 I need to find another location and give this one a break lol. He is literally my car's hero, though! Somebody mentioned he was their lifesaver and I couldn't agree more with that customer. Anthony is kind, smart, extremely helpful, very willing, patient, funny, and an overall good human! We need more like him who work in auto shops!!! I always remind him that he's awesome! I hope he sticks around for a few more years because I would be EXTREMELY sad if I went one day and he was no longer working there. 😭 Thank you, Anthony, for your CONTINUOUS generous help and your extended hand.Stay awesome, man!!! 🙂🤝

They mess up my Dodge ram 1500 with wrong size battery the guy you put it in for me never once puted the Blackett back on to hold down battery so it doesn't fall over and I only had that Battery not even a month i went to check my oil on my truck and find the battery fall over on my Hoses and I saw a big hole in the battery and I had to go up in Catalina to get a new one and she got the right size battery for my truck and she saw that battery was the wrong size one for my truck and she ask me were I got that one battery and I told her that I went to the O'Reilly Auto Parts store on Great and Frist Ave to get a new battery for truck because my battery I had in my truck was dead and she was not happy withthe guy who put my new one in my truck and for that i will never every go back to that O'Reilly's Auto Parts store on Great and Park St again and I will be making phone calls to see what I can do to get the battery acids off my truck and to see if they can replace the parts that got mess up from the battery acids the battery acids is on my Engine, under the hood, under carriage and on some of my Hoses and my wires and auto natoso all of my family and friends will not go there for anything. They don't know how to listen to Customs and the guy never give me back the Cord charge for the old battery This is what the wrong size battery did to my truck and this picture show that Battery Acid is all over my truck I hate this O'Reilly Auto Parts store and they need to fire that one guy know mess up my truck and sold me the wrong battery

Holy cow! These guys were great! I'm so happy! We bought a battery, and they put it in for us. AND, the battery was 74 dollars less than AutoZone. Thank you, O'Reilly!

I just have three words to share with you about the O'Reilly's on Grant. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! And I was only in there not even 5 minutes.WOW!
