“Only honest place left! I was recently told that I needed over $3,000 of work on my car from my dealer. I decided that I wanted to get a second opinion so I went over to North End Auto. This was my first time ever trying another mechanic besides the dealer. My first impression was great. The shop is very clean and all the employees are super friendly. I was greeted right away. I explained to them that I just left the dealer and they told me I needed a lot of work on my car. I asked if they could give me a second opinion. They said sure and explained to me that it would be FREE! Wow nice customer service and no charge to look over my car. Could this be true? Yes, it was true and to top it all off it only cost me $23.87 to get my car back on the road not the $3,000 the dealer told me. This place is the only honest place left. I suggest that you save your money and don?t go anywhere else but North End Auto. These guys are the best!”

There are good shops out there, but North End Diesel has earned my business for life. Wayne and his team are the most knowledgeable and honest crew in the game. They crushed a full cab-off engine swap on my 2018 F-350 6.7L. They went above and beyond, jumping through every hurdle with the warranty company to ensure the best long-term results for my truck—not just the easiest path for the shop. Once approved, the team moved fast and got me back on the road. I won’t take my truck anywhere else!

I scheduled an appointment to have my car checked out after months of being told by other mechanics that I needed all sorts of expensive repairs. After a thorough inspection here, I was relieved to hear that everything was actually in great shape. I'm soo glad I brought my car to this shop! Wayne, Ronny and Frank were incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Wayne even helped me remove my rusted on license plate screws, something most places wouldn’t bother with!! 10/10 experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for trustworthy and top-notch service:)

I came to Tucson to help a friend whose husband had died unexpectedly and ended up buying his 2017 Ram 2500 6.7L Cummins diesel. It needed both fuel filters replaced before my almost 900 mile drive home to Northern California so I called North End and Wayne got me in the next day. He called and asked if the crankcase filter had been changed and in checking the maintenance records I found it had not yet been changed and was slightly overdue. Wayne's service kept me in compliance with scheduled maintenance and got me home safe and sound. Great service from great people who really care about their customers - even those who are just passing through. Thanks, Wayne, Frank, Bernie & The Crew.
