We took our Jeep Wrangler there to get detailed inside and out. When it was done, it looked like it may have been vacuumed and dusted a tiny bit. We paid $90. We talked to the manager, Chris, though and he handled it amazingly and offered to do it again the next day hisself. We just picked it up and it looks absolutely beautiful. We will definitely go back after this experience. One of the employees that helped him was Micheal and he did such a great job. Thank you guys for acknowledging and handling it the way you did!

Car wash ripped my spoiler off my car, the take responsibility and start a claim. I send photos to the body shop for a replacement and then the body shop gives me a quote. I forward to the quote to Mister and they ghost me completely. Mister hasn't answered any emails or any other correspondence for a couple weeks now. #AZ-1322-25-045997

I am seriously so impressed with this Mister car wash location. I’ve had a membership for a while but the other day someone in the Home Depot parking lot spilled paint primer, and I accidentally drove through it. It was covering my wheels and my wheel well. I raced over to this location and Jasmine, Gabby, and Jesse were incredible. They went above and beyond by helping me scrub the paint off, gave me a bunch of tips and I was able to get it almost back to perfect. I am seriously so impressed with how kind and helpful they were!

Car wash ripped a piece off of my car Monday. I was told they could not get into the car wash to retrieve it due to the number of cars in there and that I would receive a callback from the manager. This was Monday. It’s now Wednesday and I have yet to hear from anyone and each time I called the establishment it goes to voicemail. I leave a voicemail and no one follows back up. I’m just hoping to get the piece back to reattach it to my car. If you have another option for a car wash, I would strongly recommend that one and not this Mr. car wash location. I’ve received no assistance in this regard so my only other option is to leave this review to hopefully warn others to stay away from this car wash.
