They did pretty well, they had a decent selection.And the associates were very helpful.They even helped me out to the car with my bag of concrete.Although I would have liked it if they had a smaller bag of concrete, maybe a twenty or thirty pound.Instead of fifty pounds, they had frisk cut christmas trees, which is nice on december twentieth and general.Not too bad

Great service experience with Tyler in appliances at the Marana location, he helped us with measurements on our washer dryer purchase and even pulled the floor model out so we could check the venting on the back. He was very patient and helpful answering all of our questions. He also took the time to make sure and check for coupons on our purchase so we got the best price.

This store very selective on how and what they apply veterans discount. Either honor the discount or get rid of it. I am a veteran 100% of the time. Checking out using the Veterans discount or their Lowes Pro is always a big hassle. Some item are eligible for pro some are eligible for vet. Again very selective on the application of discounts. They never seem to have enough people on hand to help customers. Many of those that are on duty can not answer basic questions. Lastly their return policy has become horrible. 90 day return, really? Unless you buy it on a Lowes credit card. I have many projects. When I get the deposit and go buy the material for that project. Some times I'm 4 to 6 month out on some jobs, but I can't return new unused items with a receipt because I paid cash. LOWES is my store of last resort. I will go to ACE at twice the price before I go to Lowes.

The sales guys were fantastic both the young man and the older gentleman. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us get the lowest price possible. The young man actually called other stores to check availability. I never get this type of service at the orange box.

I’m incredibly frustrated with both Keller Interiors and Lowe’s regarding my vinyl flooring installation. It has now been almost four months, and the job is still incomplete. I went through Lowe’s to have the flooring installed, assuming I would get a smooth, professional experience—but that has been far from the case. Keller Interiors, the installer assigned by Lowe’s, has shown a serious lack of follow-through and accountability. Communication has been poor, appointments have been missed or delayed without explanation, and no clear timeline has been given to complete the work. I’ve made multiple calls and follow-ups, but nothing seems to move forward. The General Manager has also washed his hands and wants nothing to do with this issue. It’s unacceptable to leave a customer hanging for months with unfinished flooring. I expected better from both Keller Interiors and Lowe’s. I would not recommend this service to anyone expecting reliable, timely, or professional work. As of 5/15/2025 this job is still not complete. This project was paid in full at Lowe's on 01/28/2025.
