Vet JJ1 StarThey NEVER return calls, half the people working here are very RUDE! Once I needed to bring my car there for repair and they just turned me away. But because of the rude incompetent people in important positions.. myself, my friends and family, will never do business with this dealership again. not even a oil change. I'd rather drive to CO to get my new truck vs using these nasty people.

Adam Martinez1 StarWill try to make this short but probably cant. I dropped my car off at 7am. Received call at 1:08pm to tell me "looks like we didn't have very many technicians here in our main shop today." By luck (I guess) my car got assigned a technician and was done by 430pm. I paid my invoice and picked up car. Once I got home I could not find my multipoint inspection sheet to see how my car checked out. I inquired about getting a copy since maybe just maybe I didn't get the print out. I am told they are "unable to pull up the multipoint inspection" and that "they can't see it now that the ticket is closed" and would be "happy to reinspect at my convenience and piece of mind."
I've never worked at a ford service center but know someone who has and they said they absolutely should have a copy of my inspection. Which makes sense. Why would that be "closed" especially being recent.
My biggest issue is the more than likely lie about doing the inspection. I would've rather they be upfront and say they couldn't get to it than put it on my service record like it was done and still act like it was done even after the questioning. Trust is a hard thing to get back especially with service centers and mechanics. I can't bring my car here knowing they may or may not be doing what the charge for. Thankfully the multipoint inspection is "free" except for my time wasted.
Hopefully the recalls and repair(which i did pay for) were done. Time will tell.Sunday 13th July 2025

Katie A1 StarThis is the first and last time we will be bringing our car here. The "Service" department, or lack thereof, was extremely rude to my husband, and we finally got an update on our car after being barked at by the Service department members. We took our only car in on Wednesday morning for 2 front tires to be replaced and to get our audio checked. It's now Thursday night, and still no vehicle. I understand that things can get delayed, but Steven said we would have our car back by 5 pm today and didn't deliver. He didn't offer a rental car, and while speaking with him, he was very unprofessional and acted like he couldn't be bothered. We were going to get a Ford for our next vehicle in the next year, but due to the lack of communication and consideration, we definitely will not be buying another Ford. I doubt we will be contacted by management, but that's par for the course. Do better Holmes Tuttle Ford, especially if your website claims, "Our commitment to you is backed by our entire team through our daily commitment to customer service."Tuesday 14th January 2025
