He and Christiana were so friendly and supportive in making the cost of our auto repairs as inexpensive as possible. Christiana did a very thorough job of contacting us, my wife, Danielle and I , about updates regarding our auto repairs. Arron Vanlieu was our technician and he did a thorough job of making sure our car was running like a dream. We are forever thankful to have a reliable place to go for our auto repairs. Jen Ochoa5 StarToday I brought my car into Garrigan's to get my front brake pads replaced and serviced after an oil change from Desert Toyota. Desert Toyota told me they were bare and needed to be replaced ASAP. I called Garrigan's and they quoted me $80 less. After inspecting my vehicle, Garrigan's advised me that I still had 60 percent pad life on my brakes and likely didn't need to be replaced for another year. I am so glad I came into Garrigan's! They are honest, reasonable and I will be coming in to get all my future oil changes, and services done here from now on. They also advised me I should be getting my oil changed every 5000 miles, instead of the 10,000 that Toyota recommends. They advised me that will make my car's performance better and ultimately will improve the longevity of my car. 1000 percent reccomend!Saturday 21st February 2026
Brii A5 StarGarrigans was recommended to me by a friend, as all good mechanics are. Thomas and Philip are direct straight shooters who know what they are talking about. They wont say you need something you don’t, and they will be upfront about what is necessary or what can wait.
I recently went through the process of buying a new car, and brought two cars to them for pre-purchase inspection. They were honest, kind, patient and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough.Sunday 1st March 2026
Jeff Mack5 StarNever post reviews or do surveys, so this would be the exception. Came in on Saturday at noon. Needed front axle work. Thomas found the parts needed and got me in without an appointment. Checked with me more than once on the work needed to be completed and the cost. The cost came in less than expected. The professional service and friendly rapport was refreshing. Left with my car before closing time. I've had many repair experiences, this one was the best. Bar none. Rach Ann5 StarMy boyfriend and I had to bring our car in last minute because our brakes were completely shot. They were very communicative, and didn’t push us to do anything we couldn’t afford. We called around to a few shops prior to heading here, and they were the most honest and affordable from the get.
One thing I really appreciated is that they actually talked to me (a woman) and addressed me in addition to my boyfriend. Unfortunately this is not usually the case when we get services from male dominated fields. I usually am ignored, but they really treated my boyfriend and I as equals with equal knowledge of our car issues. We are from Washington, so maybe this is the norm in Tucson but I appreciated it! We would absolutely come here again and recommend them. I feel they would have treated me the same if I wasn’t with my partner and that says a lot about a place! Thank you.
