Very brandley and good people working there did a great job fast. I'm happy with what they did. And I'm gonna recommend other customers to come by. See, store right there on first and grant. For every nice people Manager was great. I was in and out and I'm very happy what they did to my chuck.

My daughter went to Firestone for tires. Peter assured that she got the best tires at a reasonable price. As a father we want everyone to treats our children properly and fairly. Peter assured me that he would do the best he can with quality and cost. I am grateful and will continue to be a loyal Firestone customer ! Thank you Firestone.

Scammy company. I called and requested a quote for lifetime alignment warranty. They quoted me $229.00. I then asked if the $20 discount applied to this and they said yes. I followed up to ask if this is with taxes or not. They said it was not. I also asked if this was the out the door cost aside from tax. The lady on the phone also said correct. After getting the alignment when picking up the car the cost is now $252.99 before tax. I asked for an explaination and she said that is the price after tax. I followed up with can I have a detailed recipt for which she replied one will be emailed to you... 30 minutes later I got the invoice. "Shop supplies" $23.00 and "steering angle sensor recalibration" $20.00. Are added the bill. I have concerns about pricing transparency and potentially inflating costs when you use a discount. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

Firestone always does a great job with my car! They’ve earned my trust in terms of not squeezing me for cash on needless repairs. Always go there for an oil change or vehicle inspection. Shoutout to Peter, he always takes the time to talk through the inspection at checkout.

Very disappointed in my service here. Had an Appointment @8:30 am Saturday to run a diagnostic because I am having issues with my engine. During my appointment they had my car for the full day 8:30-6pm and didn’t complete the diagnostic. the only update i was given was a call around 12pm not with any solutions to my engine problems however saying they still needed to check the timing of my engine but were trying to sell me on a battery and services i already made clear i wasn’t coming in for. after not hearing anything By 4:30 i called to see if they completed the timing and was told it was still being worked on. At 5:30 i called and was told my car hadn’t been in service for timing yet in which at this point I told them i was coming for my car. When I arrive at 6pm my car was in the shop, which it seems they moved it in once they heard i was coming, because it wasn’t being attended to just sitting there. I went to the desk and was apologized to because my services were not completed however was still asked to pay for the diagnostic in which they hadn’t completed. I had an appointment at 8:30 there is simply no excuse for that service and very disgusted i’m still being asked to pay for services they failed to complete and hold to their standards.
