My Father and I flew to Tucson to inherit a 01 Silverado 2500HD with super low miles.. we didn’t know the kind of shape she was in prior to arriving there, as a Bridgestone employee, I saw there was this location that was open for service and we decided to stop in to check out a few items on the truck.. Fred, the store manager was an absolute professional and helped my family out on such short notice. They brought us back immediately and checked everything we inquired about. The technician Mark I believe in his name was so nice and kind and went above and beyond to go over the truck to make sure we didn’t miss anything.. This location impressed me beyond measure with how professional and knowledgeable the staff was. The way they went about their customer service and how they carried the Bridgestone name was astonishing, being I run the highest volume store in southern Indiana and seeing how Fred runs his store is extremely impressive. My family is so grateful for the service that was provided to us to make sure we got back to Indiana (1800 mile trip) safely and sound. We wouldn’t have had the confidence to drive that 8,000lbs truck back home without Fred and his team. His area manager should be proud…

While they are open on Sunday unlike their competitors (Discount Tire whom I always do business with). I am disappointed that they want to charge me over $30.00 to do a flat repair that Discount Tire does for free for everyone regardless if they sold the tires or not to the customer. If you don’t keep up with your competitors your company will suffer. UPDATE. After this “original” post and trying “Very VERY” politely to get good service and being the first person to enter the facility I was told that I was not their first priority and customers who had not even shown up at their appointment time were going to keep me waiting for an hour and a half at minimum. The attitude and demeanor of the person who helped me “all appearances indicate this is the manager” was way less than friendly. I highly recommend using Discount Tire. I have had many experiences with them and never had such a bad experience with them

I set an appointment for 4 pm. I arrived right at 4 pm, and as I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted by name. Daniel was very nice and quick with the appointment. I asked a few questions, and he gave me the best options available to make the proper decision for my car while accounting for my finances. I usually come to this location, but this was a great reminder of why I chose to get work done at this Firestone.

Broadway location I drive alot and out in rural areas. I noticed a nail in my tire. They checked it and said it would leak if taken out. They had a cancellation and took me right in and fixed it. Friendly service and comfortable waiting area. I usually go to Firestone but had not been to this location. Just found my new location and scheduled a repair check next week. Thanks so much!! Dog friendly place as well😊

Firestone at ElCon is the best! We needed 2 tires and got there a few minutes before they closed. We were willing to leave the vehicle overnight but Dylan so nice and helpful and stayed open just to get my tires put on. Amazing customer service..I'll recommend Firestone aleays..they really care about the customer.
