Off the bat, EXCELLENT customer service! Joseph who picked up the phone around 6:30 went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive my car (which had a flat tire) out that same day. Even when the patch did not work he came back and had a very reasonable price for the replacement tire which was awesome because my tires aren’t super cheap so it helped that they didn’t up charge. Got me in and out within 1 hour 15 min. Will definitely be returning to this location for my future tire and automotive needs. Again, thank you Joseph and everyone else who helped me out!

i was not contacted to discuss the issues with my vehicle until the next morning when i went in to talk to someone in person. then i was quoted $1400 for repairs that required less than $300 in parts. the man behind the counter made a comment about being a corporation and having to “follow corporate policies” while a quote from the company's founder about the importance of honesty was hung up behind him. i imagine it’s corporate policy to try to screw over any female that brings in a vehicle. i had my car towed elsewhere and got the repairs done for less than $500 total

My truck broke down while traveling from Texas through Tucson. I had to find an open mechanic on Sunday and was so lucky to have found the Firestone at the Tucson Mall. There were a couple serioius issues, including broken hub bearings, and I'm grateful the men at this Firestone identified and fixed them quickly. Kim and Maurice are great guys. Helpful, friendly and honest service. I highly recommend.
