Make my 5 STAR number 105 as of 5/10/24. I have never seen a five star rated business on Google until now. No wonder they are insurance preferred. I let my State Farm start the claim and I got a call and now it’s a done deal and I’m happy. And I owe that happiness from yesterday to Israel And all the experience that he has gained over 20 years That he worked for Safelite the national company. Please use local businesses as they have experts on staff, Tucson. Express Auto glass has that 5 Star because of Israel; and Monica in the office. Thanks also for the nice piece of glass that is made in the USA.

So efficient, so kind, so quick. The gentleman took great care of my vehicle when it got broken into. They went above and beyond and assisted me and my friend with a couple other issues we had with our cars and he really didn’t have to. Exceptional customer service. We reached out to Express Auto Glass after a poor experience with another mobile repair company completely ignored us. Their office staff was very helpful. They started our claim immediately! Their mobile replacement team was amazing! They worked quickly and were done in under an hour. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future when our other car’s windshield needs to be replaced.
