Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My vehicle was getting work done, and because of my warranty I was able to get a rental car while it was being fixed. My warranty wanted me to go to Enterprise on Thornydale. I was definitely hesitant because I have heard some horrible things about this location. Unfortunately some of what I've heard is true. There are some nice people that work there, don't get me wrong. The dealership said that after I return my rental car, Enterprise will shuttle me to the dealership to pick up my vehicle after it's repair. Apparently Enterprise does this quite often for that dealership. But, the assistant manager Josh, was rude, he made this experience awkward and uncomfortable! He kept saying, that the dealership needed to stop volunteering their shuttle. He said that the dealership is 8 miles away and they don't go farther than 5 MI. I have been told by several people that they make runs to the Marana airport continuously and that is much farther than the dealership. The dealership had no idea what the heck I was talking about when I mentioned this issue to them. This Josh guy, made me feel extremely uncomfortable and as if he was doing me a great favor, which in my opinion is really crappy professionalism and customer service. Josh had an attitude the entire time I was there, I'm just grateful that I didn't see him at all when I first got the rental and only had to put up with him for the return.

Josh at this location was great. Went above and beyond helping me secure a truck during the very busy El Tour de Tucson weekend and further assisting when repairs on my truck were delayed. I was very impressed and very happy with their service

Every single one of the staff goes above and beyond today's pathetic "normalcy" of Customer Service! A+ Won't use any other rental in Tucson. Ask for Kyle, Both Ryan's, Seth, anyone and they'll get you sorted quick, easy and answer every little detail! Thank you for your hard (and continued....) service everyone! Jason Shy (Yeah, the Mex kid lol). Updated 10/20: Customer Service and ALL the staff are amazing, helpful. GOOD people folks! Highly recommended 👌!

If you have rented a vehicle at this branch on Thornydale you know how great their customer service is. If not its only because you might be one of those people that no matter what you're not happy. I have called this branch and drove off a couple hours later with my rental. They stay after hours reasonably to help everyone get on their way if they can help it. I've had to call customer service to get info on a rental, so you have a whole company that had this mind set of great customer service. Nothing is perfect, but these people are trying to be!!!

Great crew... Thank you, Ashton, for getting me squared away quickly and efficiently. NOTE: Enterprise Mobility needs to find a way to get the interior windshields cleaned throughout all of their branded locations. The consistent hazy or poorly cleaned inside of the windshields is my number one complaint and is not indicative of the performance of the specific employee handling the client but is indicative of the management and the people who clean the vehicles. It’s a problem I’m coming across nationwide. *Clippy is representative of Louis Rossmann and his Consumer Rights Wiki.
