I had chosen this place because they do windshield replacements and tint. Their staff is very friendly. I scheduled with them and they said they could do the windshield replacement and tint job on the same day which was great. The windshield replacement was ok until I discovered that they oddly glued in the trim around the windshield and did not tell me there were broken clips that were supposed to hold the trim. Their glue job was just bad and the trim actually sticks up where it shouldn't and looks bad. Now lets move onto the tint.....the tint job itself is actually pretty good.......the really big issue I had was that without telling me they removed my rear glass to tint it. In doing that they cut my defroster connection and did not fix it. They also did a bad job and put non standard trim around the rear glass. So now I have a good tint job but my rear defroster does not work and cannot be fixed since they cut the connector instead of unclipping it before removal, as well as terrible looking trim on my front and rear windshields. I was going to take another car to them for tint but after this I am just staying away from them. ***post review comment - the owner contacted me and offered to get a replacement rear windshield since I was not even told that they would be removing it in the first place, I declined as I am just not comfortable with them. Since that call he has now responded to this review stating that they did notify my that they were going to remove my rear glass......I was never notified and them making posts like this confirms why I feel uncomfortable going back to them.

I went to the Ina Rd. location for help with my driver's window not going up. They were very professional and attentive. They replaced my window regulator fast and for a reasonable fee. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of their location. I highly recommend this company.

This place is awesome. They have replaced the windshield in two of our vehicles and they do great work. Ask about the ceramic! It's amazing. Now even my mirror is nice and tight.
