Almost a full year after coming out to do an unlock on my Corvette and breaking the window, they are still refusing to pay for a replacement. Now, they are denying ever even having been out on the call, even though I have geotagged/dated photos of the work van, claim numbers, and every other possible form of documentation one could need. I was going to be fine with just the window replacement, but since this is where we are now, I will be adding in the weatherstrip, interior door panel and switch cover, and back side window that were all damaged in the process, as well.

My car battery died today - thankfully conveniently in my home driveway - I contacted my car insurance, Geico, since I pay for that coverage. Nathan from Dugger’s arrived only 20 minutes later, jumped the battery, inflated all the tires while we waited for it to charge up, and he ran a diagnostic. Nathan was kind and professional, and I wish I’d had more than $3 in my wallet to tip him, but he was gracious and thankful all the same! ✌🏽

0 STAR REVIEW.. This company is UNRELIABLE and DISHONEST. The very definition of roadside assistance is speedy and efficient. If you need them in an emergency situation like me good luck having anyone show up to help in time of need. I called my insurance for a battery jump and the people gave me 45-75 minutes I waited and nothing, then got a 14 min eta then a 11-41 min eta. I then called the company and she admitted he is a horribly unreliable source and she was sorry and she would try to contact him. I asked her if he was not coming as the truck didn’t move on my map and she gave me some ridiculous excuses and said she would try contacting him via walk-ie talkie, phone, and cell and could not get a hold of him. In a day of technological advances especially in communication- this should not be an issue. She then proceeded to tell me to wait another 11-41 min although she was unsure he was on his way but MAYBE on i10. The reality was he was not on his way and could not be located period. He was MIA She was VERY DISHONEST and misleading. She should have been honest and told me sorry for my time wasted and that she would sent another tech on the way. It was hot and i had two little children with me. What if we ran out of water? Heat exhaustion? I was in the city off the freeway, not out in the middle of no where. No excuse, this is unacceptable. Then I cancelled and said I’d call another company and how convenient I received a text immediately following from my insurance that they couldn’t find me. What a dishonest company. Wow. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST- YOU WILL BE LEFT STRANDED.

Got a flat in the way home. Was lucky enough to make it to a safe place. Dugger's is the company that GEICO used. I really feel like I didn't wait that long. They were quick professional. Also. Nathan was very fast changing my tire. He was nice. He was funny and I really appreciate the service. I hope not to use it frequently but if I get in a jam again with a flat tire I hope they send Nathan from Duggar's again. Thank you ! thank you! Thank you!

I locked my keys in my vehicle. Called Geico, they dispatched Duggers. Duggers sent me a text instantly, told me they were my service provider, sent me a time they would be there, and a geo tracker. They sent another text when they were 10 minutes out. They were actually ahead of their time. Got my keys out in under two minutes. Very nice, very professional, very responsive!! Excellent service.
