Definitely know all things tires. Marvelous Phone size tech that reads the depth of wear on the tires, how tires are wearing etc Bought 4 Michelin Defenders $1,300 plus. Balanced and ready to go. Waited3 +hours To get this done. (Yes you can make an appointment for better service. Coming from 40 miles away, took a chance.. that ended up waiting those hours.) My suggestion for Discount tires as a National wide suggestion: For your loyal customers (we have purchased full sets 3times ) A special wait area. With comfortable chairs!! No food needed. A few readable magazines that aren’t controversial; Cowboy, men’s Health , auto magazines. Sport magazines Women: helpful homemaking ideas, women’s Health and fitness Women’s sports and fitness, car safety and definitive emergency things for in the car. Fashion magazines. Etc. Patricia

I recently had an excellent experience at Discount Tire in Tucson. I visited the store with a concern about a nail embedded in one of my tires. The team at Discount Tire promptly inspected the tire, provided a thorough assessment, and efficiently removed the nail. Their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, ensuring my tire was properly repaired and safe to drive on. The staff were knowledgeable and courteous, making the process smooth and stress-free. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout, from the initial inspection to the final repair. Based on this experience, I can confidently say that this Discount Tire is one of the best in the Tucson area. Their exceptional service and expertise make them a top choice for tire needs.

I recently checked into this location to get a tire service, specifically a tire rotation. I checked in at 8:30am and was told it would be ready no later that 11:15am. When I returned at 11:30am my vehicle was not ready and hadn't even been touched. I also noticed most of the vehicles that had checked in after I arrived were gone. I asked if my vehicle was forgotten, there was no response but literally within two minutes my vehicle was in the bay being serviced and ten minutes later I was out the door, service completed. Just sharing this event as a reality check to tempur expectations. I understand that my service today is not a money maker and puts no money into the company. In no world is a covered tire rotation the equivalent of other services that put hundreds, if not thousands of dollars on the ledger. It would be more palatable however if they just didn't make it so obvious. By no means am I saying that you shouldn't patronize this location. To the contrary this is one of the best. Just be aware.

Thank you so much for the service. All my questions were answered through the whole process and I really felt like I was taken care of. I would also like to acknowledge Lane, the representative who assisted me the whole way. Took the extra effect to show me the differences of tires and all my options on the computer display. Although I had a reverted back from original choice, Lane was able to correct it and apply my final decision. Even complimented on the way me vehicle looked once it was all finished. I’m %100 satisfied and in love the way my Subaru looks now. Thank you! Hopefully this is where I can leave my review

Francisco was super friendly and knowledgeable! He was so personable!! He greeted me immediately walking into the store.. helped me get what I needed and I only had to wait 15-20 minutes! Thank you for great service.. and with a genuine smile!!
