Katy Corbit5 StarI recently had my Jeep repaired at Caliber Collision, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless, and the results exceeded my expectations. Elisa, my service advisor, was absolutely fantastic. She kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, answered all my questions with patience, and her professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch. My Jeep was ready well before the estimated pickup date, which was a wonderful surprise. The quality of the bodywork was excellent, and it looked as good as new when I picked it up.
I highly recommend Caliber Collision for anyone needing vehicle repairs. A big thank-you to Elisa and the entire team for their exceptional service!Monday 25th November 2024

She was very diligent in keeping me up to date on how the claim was progressing and made certain I understood the process from beginning to end. I appreciate her empathy and consideration to what I was going through as well as the expediency on which the work was completed to minimize my inconvenience.Monday 16th December 2024
Abraham recon1 StarAllstate told me to bring my car to them to get my door ding fixed on my 2023 SUV. The amazing front desk (receptionist) attitude reflects on their workmanship don’t know how she expects me to be happy. I came to their service with 1 problem. but now I’m left with 4 problems. Can’t tell if they have quality control or they just happened to be on vacation when they worked on my car. The panel they removed had my trunk LED lights on it that no longer works. They also had to remove the seatlbelt which is now broken. It’s great to see my painters finger print forever printed on my gas door. He managed to touched it while the clear coat was still wet. And whoever buff and polished my car. Probably his first time, he left me with a “haze” swirl marks everywhere upon direct sunlight and he managed to burn thru the clear coat or just missed it on the passenger door. I got pictures attached. They billed Allstate 1,500$ for this amazing job definitely worth it specially with the receptionist attitude, A+. Would love to let the regional manager about her excellent costumer service. Please leave their information below. Thanks!Wednesday 26th July 2023
Michael Burns5 StarMy son Mitchell had his Kia repaired at Caliber and had a great experience. He’s a student at the University of Arizona and it was difficult with us living out of state. Bianca was his advisor and kept us both updated throughout the entire repair process. His repairs were flawless and his vehicle looks brand new.Monday 23rd December 2024
