I recently had to have work completed after a small car accident. My insurance had Caliber Collision listed as a preferred shop to use in town and I can absolutely see why! They handled everything with the process and even made returning my rental car easy. My car was completed prior to the expected date and it was a very smooth process with lots of communication throughout!

From Val at the front desk being professional and so kind with each encounter, to Todd making sure I was taken care of and giving me peace of mind when I had to leave for a family emergency, and my return date being almost a week after my car repairs being finished. The team was all around so kind and patient. My car looked amazing with the repairs from Passenger Side Collision and smelled brand new again. The inside was spotless as well. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Had to switch my repair location after 2 months of zero communication from a different repair shop. I received a phone call from someone within the hour who helped me setup an appointment for an estimate. Very appreciative of the turn around response! Hoping to receive the same type of experience for the repair work.

Todd and Val are amazing. Not only are they super nice, they are very communicative! I received multiple calls updating me on the progress and when I picked my car up, Val was so helpful. She is so personable and actually talks to you like you are a person and not just another customer. It was very refreshing. My license plate cover, that I really love, was damaged from the accident I was in, and I asked if they could try to bend it back into place so that I could still use it, and they made it look brand new! I thought it was a long shot, but it looked perfect! I highly recommend the Orange Grove/Thornydale location if you were in an accident to get your car fixed. I cannot say enough good things about this location! My car looks great and it was cleaned on the inside and outside when I got it back. I expected the outside to be cleaned, but not the inside, so that was a wonderful surprise.
