I recently experienced an issue with my breaks. I chose this BrakeMax location because of the reviews, where it was located on my route home and also with how quickly they could fit me in. The staff was very friendly and I felt was honest as well. They were considerate and prompt. The shuttle service they offered was also wonderful and very much appreciated. I will definitely come back to this location.

The manger was so helpful and very professional!! My car only took 2 hours to get done and was very flexible knowing I had another appointment at 1pm. They are very flexible and while I was waiting everyone was saying thank you to the manger!! 5 stars and will be coming back.

This place was great! I needed a multitude of things repaired for my car and had another shop price me way too high. They gave me a way better pricing and a FREE full diagnostic of what’s going on with my car. I will be back!

From the moment I walked in to the second I walked out, I could not even begin to explain how courteous, professional, and welcoming the people at this brakemax are. I came in with acceleration problems and car song when accelerating, Ed the store manager and whom which I talked with the most, was always calling to keep me updated, was always honest with me and updating me on my vehicles condition, even with no appointment they were able to take me in and help me out. Glenn the main technician working on my vehicle checked my vehicle from top to bottom, and when other places will up-charge or make it seem like the issue is a big ticket item like transmission change, Glenn was able to accurately diagnose the issue and fix it in a timely manner. Joe who also communicated with me regarding my vehicles condition was always keeping me updated every step, from when it was brought in, to when it was being done inspected, all the way up to when I picked it up. The BrakeMax her on Swan and Camp Lowell is by far the best place to go, not only for how affordable the price is or how professional they are, but because of their honesty and how upfront they are, 10/10 5stars will always recommend and will always go here for all my car troubles

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I can't say enough good things. Desiree was very helpful and knowledgeable. She listened when I explained the problems I was having with my car and she kept me up to date with the status of the repairs. The AC and the brakes were struggling to work properly but Luis, the tech, fixed them so now it runs smoothly. With his expert knowledge, he completed a full inspection and provided a list of other concerns that he fixed. I'm very thankful he did such an awesome job. This BrakeMax is the 1st place I'll contact if and when my car needs help. Highly recommend to all.
