This was my first time getting my car serviced at this business. It was so easy to make an appointment and I got in that afternoon. The front desk staff was courteous and explained everything well, including my options. There was no pressure to get additional services. The technician who had serviced my car was super nice and provided me with sound advice regarding my vehicle. As a Costco member, I was also able to get some discount on my tires. Very nice! I highly recommend this place for work done on your vehicle. They have good prices, are efficient, courteous and won't sell you what you don't need.

I took my car in 2 weeks ago because it smelled like gas and had trouble accelerating they had if for 2½ hours and told me there was nothing wrong with it and it was safe to drive. So I left with my car. The problem got worse and my car started leaking fluid amd making a horrible sound when I tried to accelerate. So I took it back today. They told me it has an oil leak, the motor mount is missing and it might have transmission problems which they can't diagnose until I pay then to replace the motor mount. They said non of which is covered by my warranty. I bought the car 8 months ago and have a 5 year warranty. They wanted me to pay for all the repairs. I called my warranty company they told me that an estimate was never submitted by the mechanic and that everything the mechanic said was wrong would have been covered by my warranty if they had submitted the paperwork. My warranty company said to remove the car from their facility and take it to a different mechanic.
