They examined all aspects of my vehicle, not just what I came in for and showed me the damaged parts (so I know they weren't making anything up). They didn't try to up-sell me. Tiffany S5 StarI had a great experience at brake masters. Rich the manager is honest and a great communicator. I had a head light that had gone out and needed to be replaced. I initially took it to the dealership and got quoted over $600! I called up break masters and spoke with Rich to see if I could get a quote. Obviously the quote from break masters was much less than the dealership. They were also able to get me in the same day to get the headlight replaced. Jeremy is the tech that worked on the vehicle and have no complaints. I would highly recommend not only are the honest but don’t up charge you.Thursday 23rd October 2025

Don't use this Place at all. I posted a review and because I posted a review about how their employees where dishonest they banned me from using their Services. The fact I still wanted to use there service was very stupid on my part. I went to another store dealt with another manger, who I thought was a good honest guy and turns out he wasn't he could of told me he didn't want to deal with me. Instead when I called he said Corporate flagged my account not to work on my car. I tried to call and speak with the Corporate Manager and he was a complete nightmare to deal with talking to me like I was a child, telling me I would not be talking to anybody else and what part of that did I not get wait his words, "I thought I made it crystal clear you wouldn't talk to anybody else". Sad that people sit so high they forget and lack respect or professionalism that man has no business sitting behind that desk at the Corporate office speaking to people as he does. What's sad is he stands behind the behavior of the employees who lied and did poor service. Then tells me they would not serve me when I have a warranty for work that was previously performed but, I guess that's how they make their money. All I wanted was to get my car repaired and for bring up issues I had this was the outcome. The way this man spoke to me was horrific you could hear the anger in his tone. How the field management could make a decision not to serve me when they themselves didn't speak to me and go off conversation from the very man who sat behind a phone and computer speaking to me the way he did. I can see why his employees did the same. If you have an issue with them don't waste your time nothing will be done you will made into the problem. Accountability won't be accepted on their part. May God bless the Corporate Manager with integrity and respect for the people who bring him business and pay his wages. I hope another customer doesn't have to deal with him ever nobody deserves to treated or talk to the way I was. Had the manger at the Speedway location just been honest from the beginning, I would have looked elsewhere to have my service done. No they didn't want to deal with me because, I didn't sit back and keep my mouth shut about the shadiness going on. He was the one who told me to call corporate in the first place. Best of luck to the future customers, I pray you never encounter the Corporate Manager. Everybody has a boss and eventually he'll answer to his. Then try throwing out litigation for bring up issues that occurred at one of his stores. So maybe his boss will see this and tell me who will be responsible for covering the warranty on work they did since I'm being denied service. My car hasn't been used since discovering the issues they said they checked and that I didn't have. Had Christian stepped down from his high horse and allowed me to speak and not cut me off he would of been able to make a better professional decision than the one that was made. His behavior and conduct needs to be evaluated because there is absolutely no reason for him to have handled himself the way he did. Maybe had he not have been trying to be so mean and condescending he would have been able to see the proof he asked for was for a return part that his service people re- replaced and was return on July 5th the day after I picked up my car. No he was to busy talking to me like he had no sense like I came into his personal shop. I could not believe how horribly he spoke to me. If the calls are recorded his boss should listen to it and will understand why I chose to use the final words I did when ending the call. He should have remained professional no matter how he felt about me or the situation. He should never think it's okay to speak to anyone like that let alone a paying customer.Thursday 30th October 2025
Cynthia5 StarBrake Masters saved me from paying a minimum of $1,500.00 and up to $2,000.00 for some repair work that was quoted at another business!! Brake Masters looked at the repair quote and then inspected the item that was quoted to be repaired, it turns out there was nothing wrong with the item that was quoted for being repaired. And just like that; in a blink of an eye... now I am a Brake Masters customer for life !!!Tuesday 13th January 2026
