Jessica Dirmitt5 StarI came In tonight and I really wanted to praise AJ his customer service was so good and welcoming. He greated us as we came in and was so patient cashing us out. He even greated my little boy. And he just loved that. Most would ignore him being the kid. I really wanted this chair and Lucy was amazing too answered all my questions and offered assistance. What great customer service. The owners should be very proud of these too. I was exhausted from along day at work and they both just made my experience and day so much better by being so kind. I did a review prior of 5 stars and on the bigots site but they deserve the recognition. So I'm updating my Google review although prior it was already 5 stars.Sunday 9th June 2024

Amber Day5 StarI don't think I've ever been to a Big Lots before even though I have them in my home state. My daughter and I were just killing time here looking at all the things they had. We found a few Christmas gifts for great prices. The store was very well organized (and after a train wreck trip to the business next door to this one, it was a welcome change of scenery). They have neat little nicnacs, home decor, and some food items.Thursday 23rd November 2023
