Big Brand Tires on Ina, Great service. Very professional, Justin did a great job at getting me the right set of tires for my truck. The memorial day sale was definitely worth it. This is my second set of tires through these guys, I will definitely come back when I'm ready for more. Thank you!

Big Brand tire and service as a great bunch of guys working for them on the Ina road location. I needed a thrust alignment and these guys go me scheduled same day. And back on the road. I was even about 7 minutes late for my appointment and they didn't cancel it and I appreciate that as well. Seems like they have very competitive pricing throughout town and I wouldn't hesitate to go back I had a wonderful experience there and they took very good care of my vehicle and it drives down the road like a charm and I really appreciate them taking care of my vehicle is if it was their own vehicle, and that really means something. If you've never been to this outfit they do sell tires and they're trying very hard to compete with some of the well-known outfits in town. I say keep up the hard work and keep doing what you're doing. Thank you guys., and I do have one suggestion and it might be already taken care of, but those boys doing the work out there in the shop they might appreciate a fan or two when it's getting around 120°, that's all I got to say about that. So a big shout out to Big Brand tire and service thanks for participating in Tucson arena.

Fair prices and fast service! Justin at the Ina road location was awesome. He was patient with me as I do not know allot about cars and did a great job explaining everything so I could understand! I will be back! 5 stars!

Collin and Sergio were very helpful and polite. Had my AC condenser replaced and oil changed and i couldn’t be more satisfied. AC works perfectly now! There was a miscommunication on price but they were able to explain and address the issue properly. Definitely will be back to get my tires replaced per their recommendation. Great job guys!

Went to get a tire rotation. They had a full schedule and were up front and honest about not possibly getting it done the same day. But! They got it taken care and that made my life easier so I didn’t have to come back!!
