My husband was very happy with this auto shop so I used them for my own auto needs and have to say that I agree him. First of all, you notice that it's calm and clean inside and a front desk person greets you right away. And they are friendly and seem eager to make sure that you're satisfied. They shopped around for the least expensive price for the parts I needed and saved me over $400. It was SO much more pleasant than going to my dealer for the work!

I originally took my car in for a routine oil change at a local Break Masters. They said they had found a leak and quoted me around 1k for an AC compressor replacement + system recharge. I called other places and was getting quoted up to 2.5k to fix my AC. Fortunately, I called Big Brand for a second opinion & was met with amazing customer service. Phil at Big Brand on TV/Kolb took the time to ask me questions about my car and offered to have me come by as soon as that day to be looked at for free. In the end, they diagnosed my car with a much different issue than what I was originally being told and they were able to fix my AC in just a couple of hours for a fraction of what I was being quoted at other places. I’m so appreciative of Phil and his team for taking the time to help me and provide the most affordable and reliable service! Strongly recommend, they’re an honest store and will take good care of you!! Thank you guys

COME TO THIS PLACE! so awesome! wonderful customer service and thoroughly explained what work my vehicle needed done. They also recommended new tires after checking and finding the massive split my front tires had. after that was completed they performed a wheel alignment. my car is running so smooth man!!! they are bad ass and quick!

Fantastic! They don't overcharge, will tell you honestly what's going on and will even return your car if it's a unique issue they're having a challenging time figuring out and have you bring it back later. They don't just guess at what's going on based on experience, they actually figure out what's going on and don't overcharge. I highly recommend them! You can trust these folks, ask for Santos.

This is a perfect place to take your car. They’re honest and their precise very polite and always find ways to make things happen. A positive company. I would recommend to everyone. They did a very good job with my car. I’m ready to take my truck soon. It’s about time They open up a lot a reliable place where they’re honest all the places around here lie, and the ad work that’s not necessary you have to really Watch out for those things anyway I would give him 10 stars if there was enough room
