Not only was Cailee courteous and helpful Ernesto made a great team member and leader. Ernesto checked my battery, starter and alternator, Then he completely replaced my battery in the cold. I couldn't have asked for a grander experience at Auto Zone tonight, they turned something sour into something wonderful for me and I can't stop smiling as I type. Thank you Ernesto, thank you Cailee!! My expectations were beyond exceed tonight, I wish I could hug you!

I love going to AutoZone because they are helpful and have great prices, But I hate going AutoZone because that means something's broken. But when I'm done going to AutoZone I usually have it fixed, there have been a few problems where I had to return to pick up a different item but that was usually my fault not theirs.

Needed a battery stat! Not only did they have it, they replaced it for me. Overall good experience, not counting the heart attack over the cost of the battery

Shoutout to Antonio Leyva at the Kolb Rd location. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I tried to tip him because it was extremely hot outside and he was great about getting my car back up to speed with no complaints. He said they aren't allowed to accept tips - so I am leaving him a positive review. Give this man a raise!
