I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone, thanks to the incredible assistance from the General Manager, Jose. From the moment we walked in, he went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Not only was he knowledgeable about every aspect of the products, but he also took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know in order for us to change our battery. His patience, professionalism, and genuine desire to help made all the difference. It's rare to find someone who cares so much about their customers. Great customer service, knowledgeable employees who are more than willing to help. Carlos was kind and patient who spent time changing my battery and terminals in a timely manner. Terrible customer service. I have an account with this location from purchasing a battery and other car parts for my car. I came in yesterday looking for fuses, and not only did they not ask for my account information, but they tried to sell me the wrong size fuses. I am fixing my car up for show, and some parts are impossible to find. Fuses are not one of those things. To make matters even worse, they tried to send me to a mechanic across the street. I might have been playing the helpless old lady because I simply couldn't see which fuse needed to be replaced or if it was even a fuse causing the problems at all (I know there's a bit of a problem with the wiring harness). I have exactly 2 mechanics in the City of Tucson who are even comfortable working on my modified little car. Had they asked for my account information, they would have seen the issues I was running into before they started playing games. There are women who actually know what they're doing, and I would have liked to have been shown the same respect as the other customers. Maybe this can be a learning experience for the employees who work at this location. You never know who is walking in the door, and each customer should be treated with the same respect and courtesy.

This is an excellent, clean store. I especially appreciate the employees here and their willingness to help. They stand out amongst their peers for sure! The military discount is gracious and folks like Alfonso are heroes. He specially went out his way to help me diagnose and fix a power steering problem after a rough couple of days.

I went to test my battery and Matthew was extremely helpful and kind through the whole process. He explained things in a way that made sense and was overall great to interact with. Would trust Matthew with my car.
