Holly5 StarHad to exchange unopened motor oil because I was in a hurry and bought 5w30 and meant to get 5w40. I asked if I could exchange the 5qt of oil. The manager working the morning shift wasn't sure if that store would be able to do it. After the correct bottle was brought up (both the same price) and a little bit of clicks with the mouse and scanning the barcode. It was right there on the computer screen with the option to exchange. I am so happy that I was able to exchange the wrong oil with the correct without any hassle.
And the team working the morning shift were all very friendly. Which means I will be going back again because I felt welcomed in the store.Tuesday 6th August 2024

Geraldine Granillo1 StarI went to this location yesterday, horrible service. I went in to exchange my car battery under warranty that I bought there less than a year ago. There was no customers but the employees did not want to helps. I had to ask multiple employees to help me remove my battery as I don’t have the tools to (they put it in last time) the employee kept giving me his back and refusing to make eye contact. I asked him to get me someone to help me. He finally grabbed his tools, I had to ask him to help me carry the battery inside too. Once they exchanged the battery inside, I had to basically beg him to put it back in. He started arguing with me, I asked for a manager and the manager just kept saying how it’s a curtesy and they don’t have to do it. I understand it is curtesy but I could have also bought my battery somewhere else, it was a CURTESTY FOR ME TO USE AUTOZONE. If you don’t feel like working stay home.Tuesday 20th August 2024
Ares Papalossi1 StarI ve been going to this location not because it’s my favorite store but because it’s close to my new home.
I been there five times to try to buy a 2007 scion tc rear window seal. Tha goess around my car window when I need to install it.
To begin with it, I called, the guy asked me to be put on hold , before I could agree, he did for 20 minutes ( I count them) that was 4;37pm, then he came online and I explained what I need it.
He then gave me a lecture that it was wrong that it was not called widow seal but window sleeve. I never heard that before but I said to him , ok let me go there and you show me , he responded that he was about to leave but someone else will hep if I call back or go there.
I went and no one could help me. They wanted me to take my car window there . After the fourth attempt I went today with my car window on my hands .
A very young fellow was chatting with a female employee, they ignored me till I voiced myself and said can you help me please? He looked at me bother and said ok? I asked for the sleeve that goes in my window and his response was , oh the window seal? I was so loosing my patience there, I responded yes please , he said go to line 6 and it should be there if not means we don’t have it.
I was thinking omg ! I don’t know what’s looks like! I went and see nothing, before I said anything he said yeah we don’t have it. I asked can you please order it for me? He said with n attitude what’s the part number? I lost it there! I said you work here? How should I know? It’s the first time I’m getting this thing. I was about to go crazy on his.. so I left.
One wonders why the ales on this stores are getting smaller by the hour and I stress we are ordering more things online. DM here should get fired for not checking customer service or sales regularly.Thursday 25th July 2024
Tina Beretta5 StarWell they were short staffed but I really need my check engine light on the guy there ask me if you know how to use it I need your ID and we can check ur light, that was very awesome I have already went to three other places and they said it wasn't working or no one to go outside to check.
