Donny is the BEST! My car had a misfire and it turned out to be one of the coils. I have never attempted to make any repairs on my car but after seeing how simple it is in a video I wanted to give it a shot. I came in and Donny checked and made sure I bought the right coils & spark plugs, he also help me pick out the tools & other items I would need to get the job done. He really went above and beyond in explaining the step by step process . He was very informative and patient with me. Couldn’t recommend this location more!

So impressed. Robert took extra time to help diagnose a simple mystery and get it fixed before I had to drive hundreds of miles - and on a Sunday! Robert's knowledge and friendly manner exceeded expectations and fixed my misfire. I'm used to parts stores making it my problem to solve, but AutoZone loaned tools and gave solid friendly advice. Robert is a good guy and he knows cars!

Everytime I go to this store I am made to think I am bothering them by being there. Some parts are needed from back and its way too much of a hassel to do your job? Let alone ring you up? No customer service just sighs and eye rolls from here.
