It my first go to when I need a part, fluid or just something extra for my truck why not make it yours as well. You won't be disappointed.

All of the associates at the AutoZone on Prince are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I personally work with the commercial area and deal with Sharline and Alejandra. Both ladies are beyond qualified in this professional. Highly educated in the automotive part industry and have amazing customer service skills. They are aim to please and deliver promptly and with the best prices in town. Being in business for 32 years here in Tucson having partners like this to work with are invaluable. Thank you ladies!!!

Very unprofessional mannerism was thrown off by even the store manager smelling of strong marijuana all while overhearing references between a few employees about "their amount of cocaine usage" in front of my underaged Daughter and I upon entering the store which I think isn't right at All! Homeless people overrun the parking lot here and the aisles are extremely disorganized so I wouldn't stop in this store if this was the ONLY AutoZone in my town. Absolute TERRIBLE Customer Service, all the employees are very rude upon being asked any questions, product availability is scarce or always Sold out, the employees have slim to non as far as good hygiene goes or respect, and truly unknowledgeable about anything to do with a car or any motor vehicle even though a computer does most their job... Really a joke to even stop in to this location. I would be embarrassed to call myself a customer service representative or even to work here. Reporting multiple complaints along with Names to Autozone Corporate and BBB.

I had a battery die on me waiting in a drive thru line. Thankfully, an AutoZone employee was behind me and helped track down some cables and got me running. Later I went online, purchased a new battery and it was installed at the Prince Road store. I'm very grateful for everyone who helped me with my Challenger and assisting a disabled Army Veteran.
