Its rare to find employees anymore that go above and beyond and care enough to put in the extra effort that these 2 incredible employees Jason K and Amya E have . It gives hope back to what customer service use to be about as they definitely have all the fantastic skills and personality to Influence me to choose Autozone as my place to shop for the future. Thanks for hiring the best,its so refreshing to actually get such great customer service.

The loud obnoxious lady there likes to argue when she doesn't know what she's talking about, propylene glycol is a pet safer antifreeze and it does exist. The other worker likes to make stuff up, like.ethaline glycol is pet safe..., good luck. I refused to buy my parts here going to a different franchise. Nothing bothers me more then when people pretend to expert's, you sell parts, I'm a mechanic. Wonder who's right

Went in for them to check a battery I bought about 4 months ago. They checked the battery, and swapped it for a new one without any issues once they saw it didn’t hold a charge properly. Always been treated with kindness at this location.

Very poor customer service. Needed wiper blades. Staff said none in stock for my car. Based on the wiper book in the aisle, several were available and on the shelf. I was told none would fit. I went to O’reilys down the street. Found the exact same wiper blades and they kindly installed them. Shame on you Auto Zone.

Robert was super helpful in replacing the battery in my mini cooper s, he also helped clean up some sort of liquid that was in the battery tray, offered to give him a tip and he said "Nah were all good man" with a smile, thank you Robert c:
