Roxanne Diaz1 StarTook a battery in to get it charged 1-2 hours to charge it. Go to pick up the battery 2 hours later for them to tell me they couldn’t charge it. I asked why couldn’t they call and say something about not being able to charge it the lady waked away soon as I said that. she was the one who took my battery. Horrible customer service.
