I am making this review Solely because I feel Jayme went above and beyond to take care of me today. I was referred to this location as during my initial visit the store did not have the part required. I was greeted by I believe the manager and when I asked for installation help Jayme did not hesitate. It did require a couple trips for some additional tools and removing the battery to complete installation. But she did not quit. In this day and age people forget how to deliver customer service because of how rude we as customers can be. Jayme not only resolved my reason for visiting but she also showed me the process so I can handle it in the future all while having a personal conversation. Customer service will not die if we protect and take care of people like Jayme. I offered her a tip for her time and she declined. This review is to make sure she gets some sort of kudos for delivering a great experience. You are not the closest Auto Zone to me but I can assure you that from now on you will be getting my future business. Thanks again Jayme. Jonathan T.

My son purchased a battery for my truck. I came back to give them my old battery for a refund of $22. They took care of that right away. Nice.

Went into this autozone this morning and the lady and gentleman up front were lovely but the whole time we could hear the store manager in the back being loud and rude and very unprofessional to another associate The lady up front Maria went to ask him to be a little quieter since she had customers but he did not we where very happy with her service and her being very apologetic but I could not believe that the whole 15 mins we where in there we could hear him from all over the store and it was just unsettling and I genuinely felt bad for the two associates up front and especially for the one getting yelled at

This is the Taco Bell of Autozones. Always handing off the wrong stuff. 3 times is 3 times too many to drive 30 minutes there,30 minutes home to realize they've given me the wrong part once again. I even had a part to compare it to. And I was assured I was given the right part.Frustrated that I had to take the 1 hour trip again to return it. People are nice,but should check to see why this is happening and fix it accordingly. Quick on the return,which I spent at O'Reilly. Where they had the part I needed,and a lifetime warranty for 4$ more. The warranty for the same part at Autozone had already expired.
