I purchased a 2020 Lexus NX 300 3 days ago from AutoNation Honda. I would like to highlight the team I worked with, Nathan, Cat and Sam. I would first like to say how Nathan went above and beyond to find the car that I was looking for. When they didn’t have it on their lot, he searched until he found one in Tempe and brought it down. The finance manager Sam worked with me to get the car payment I wanted and included a 7 year warranty and gap insurance for only $10 over my desired car payment amount. After I purchased my car, Cat spent time with me, teaching me what all the features on my car are and how they work. Definitely the A-Team and I absolutely love my Lexus!!!

Awesome experience here atnAutoNation Honda. When in looking for anew 2025 CR-V . Meet with Ron Tutt sales and we told what we were looking for ,and he says I got just what you want . Thinking it’s a new CR-V with all the specs and more for way less than a New CR-V we were looking for and to our surprise he shows us a used 2024 CR-V with only 5000 miles mint condition for a price we could not believe. Told them about our trade in ,got a good price and deal was done . Paperwork and out the door a very happy customer. Will buy here again Thanks to sales Ron, Finance Vince ,and Manager Nicholas

This is my honest opinion. I found it very difficult to make the appointment for servicing my car. I called several times at the phone number you provided on your advertising. Nobody ever answered. So, I was forced to make the appointment online, but I found the page very confusing with terms and acronyms I did not understand. Without the opportunity to talk to anyone, I had no idea of how much time was needed for the work to be performed, so I indicated that I would wait for the car at the dealership. Bottom line: I had to wait about 6 hours (from 11 to 5) for the 15,000 miles service, including change of brake fluid, tire rotation and alignment and battery cable safety recall - an unacceptable length of time. Fortunately, you service advisor Fabian Alvarez went out of his way to make me comfortable during the wait and facilitated me going to the mall to get some lunch. He was competent, explained well the work performed, and he was a pleasure to deal with. However, your overall organization clearly needs much improvement.

The customer service here was horrible. They left me there without giving me a ride home to the other side of town. I had just bought my car from AutoNation in Tempe. It was only a week old and they didn’t bother to tell me they were keeping it the night and I needed a ride and I talked to the manager About Adam, who was my service rep he was very, not customer service and the manager never called me back after I talk to her about my experience and I left her a message next day and she still didn’t call me back, I requested not to have to deal with Adam and get a new service rep, but she didn’t even bother to call me back if it wasn’t for carnation in Tempe they’re the only one that helped me and they got me an Uber and they got me back to pick up my car the next day and Tucson carnation did nothing nothing to help me and he’s cocky and rude. You asked and this is how I feel I would never ever go back there again! Your customer service sucks and I don’t want talk about it I will only talk to Carnation in Tempe. They’re the only ones that treat people decently you don’t.

Good visit-on time and everyone was very nice. Had 2 recalls to take care. The day before they did not have parts for one but on morning of appt they had gotten them. So they took care of both recalls. Took just 2 hours.
