We reached out to affordable via Yelp. They responded quickly and we went to their shop same day for an estimate with Mike. Mike gave him an estimate within his budget and the quality of service was terrific! The truck’s parts were ordered quickly and in the shop the following day! The whole process was very easy and done efficiently. He is very happy with the entire process and outcome of the repair for his first mishap. Thank you Mike and Affordable Auto! We highly recommend this auto body shop!

Never again. I have never left a one star for any business. My spouse and I have used them about a dozen times. Never again. Left our car with them for 9 days to be painted. Got back from vacation and called to see when we could pick up. "oh, it's not done yet. will paint today and you can pick up tomorrow'. Must have painted it in the back yard. Never seen so many dust spots and a large 2" drip. They fixed the drip, but wanted $650.00 to buff out the dust. So disappointed in the new management.

Quality of work for the price is fine, but the communication needs major improvement. Mike was nice enough to address some concerns that I had with the initial work, but the amount of time spent traveling to and from the shop, getting Uber rides 30 minutes just to leave without the truck, or have to bring it back at a later date for a fix is beyond frustrating. There is a general understanding that employees get sick and other unexpected things happen, but communication with your customers is key. If mistakes are made, you may need to push out upcoming appointments so that you can fix issues on a truck that you have had for a week. If you tell me to give you two days to fix mistakes that you made, then you call me in the afternoon on day 2 and the truck is only prepped and ready for paint, you’ve failed to set proper expectations, and that is a problem. Things get busy, but if you want to keep happy customers that return for new services, you must communicate.

Did our due diligence and went to four different places. Affordable Auto Painting repaired the damage done when our 'Learner's Permit' grandson swiped a car, plus arranged for the windshield replacement guy to do that part while it was at their shop. Excellent work, professional attitude, and stuck by their estimate and timetable given. While I hope I don't need to, I'd not hesitate to use their services again if I did.
