Steve was very helpful in helping me find the hardware I needed and even gave me a good price on buying bulk. Update from Sept 2022... Great Ace! The employees are very helpful. I had keys made, and they worked fine. Nice selection. Update from 12-10-22... Jerry was super helpful and took my daughter and I around to find everything on our list and even made the key copies we needed. Again, a super Ace with great employees! Update from 2-28-24 This Ace is so easy to get in, get what you need, and get back out!

Just spent what felt like two hours in your store?Waiting for somebody to come and open up an electrical box.So I could buy a breaker, I even asked the front counter to send somebody for help.They did absolutely nothing with this type of customer service.Truly, you need to be shut down and all your employees need to lose their jobs.There's no reason whatsoever.A business that insults their customers and does not help them should be in business in tucson, making money shut down you guys don't deserve your jobs

First time experience in that store was two days ago yes a staff member helped me looked for what I needed , second time I go in have an encounter with the manager not good ! Over me bringing something back and yes I had the receipt (yes it was the same store I purchased the product) questioning if they even carried that product , it all came down to Racism white Privilege lady judging me no I will not shop at that ace store in east pima again ! However I will continue shopping at other Ace stores!

Great customer support by Nannette Villarreal! Went to buy a new exterior light sensor to help my neighbor and Nannette walked me directly to the correct product. When ready to leave, Nannette opened a new register as a customer line was starting to form. Great and pleasant customer experience. Thank you Nannette!
