Went to get my international driver's permit. Was an easy 20 minutes process. Only downside is that it costs 20 dollars along with 2 passport photo printouts. Wish they had a digital option to upload. Otherwise service is great and relatively quick.

My car battery died today. I submitted a ticket for someone to come out and help me. I was told they do not replace batteries after noon on Saturday and not until Monday. 14 years as a customer and have the plus and their 24/7 service is a lie. Do not waste your money on them

I went in for a passport photo and they are extremely friendly and super nice! It was a very pleasant experience. I got my photos quickly and was out the door in no time.

So a couple weeks ago our battery died on my wife's suv. We called and called, received very little and very useless texts telling us over and over they would up date us soon. Really a nightmare. Then, finally a driver on the way, but, not really..more calls and finally a AAA van showed up an hour and a half later. Nice kid, knew nothing about what he was doing. I sat and watched as he struggled trying to attach cables finally locking the car out so we couldn't even try to start it. Then they sent a truck. Wait again, then the truck shows up from Serrs (great company) and he got us going in 3 minutes! Yesterday my wife got stranded just off the 19 freeway. Had to pull over in a very shady area. Three hours later after promise after promise, nothing!! I ran to pick her up now in the dark and alone. Terrible service. So this morning she drops me off back at my truck. Three hours later, nothing!!! Hard to imagine AAA has fallen so far with their service. Weve been Gold members forever but they're just horrible. I will say the people we spoke with were very nice but unable to help. We're done with them.

Went there for an international driving permit. Was in & out in 20 minutes. Sadly, there's only one office for the entire Tucson metropolitan area! I live in the Tucson city limits (Eastside), and it was 19.8 miles away. C'mon AAA, how about restoring an Eastside office, like yesterday!
